All items are made to order. Production times vary depending on demand, but are typically completed within a few days before shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be canceled before production begins. Once production starts or the order has shipped, cancellations are not possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days.

Why does my product look slightly different?

Each product is individually produced and hand-finished. Minor variations in color and detail may occur and are not considered defects.
